The Arab Union for Administrative Judiciary, headed by Counselor Adel Fahim Azab, President of the Egyptian Council of State, announced the launch of the integrated electronic platform for the Arab Union for Administrative Judiciary.
This came during the holding of the Arab Union for Administrative Judiciary, headed by Counselor Adel Fahim Azab - President of the Egyptian State Council and President of the Arab Union for Administrative Judiciary, entitled “The Role of the Administrative Judiciary in Consolidating the Principle of Legality,” on March 4 and 5 in a Cairo hotel, with the attendance of 10 people. Arab countries.
This session is the first session held by the Arab Union for Administrative Judiciary, within the framework of strengthening the role of the Union in developing and improving the skills of judges of Arab countries, members of the Union, consolidating relations between them and exchanging experiences and knowledge in the fields of administrative judiciary. The opening session will be held in the presence of Counselor Adel Azab - Chairman of the Council. The state, members of the Special Council of the Egyptian State Council, and a number of judges from Arab countries that are members of the Union.
The agenda of the opening session includes the launch of the integrated electronic platform of the Arab Union for Administrative Judiciary, as well as the digital judgments library. The session will also witness the signing ceremony of the Algerian State Council’s accession document to membership in the Union.
It is worth noting that the Administrative Union for the Administrative Judiciary was established on December 12, 2015 for the purpose of strengthening cooperation between the Supreme Administrative Courts and the State Councils in the Arab countries, to be an Arab judicial organization in the field of administrative justice.
